Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major Ethiopian cities including Addis Ababa, Hawassa, Gondar, Dire Dawa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Adama, Jimma, and more. Coverage is expanding — check at checkout if your area is supported.

Delivery Times

• Addis Ababa: 1–2 business days
• Major regional cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders above ETB 2,000 qualify for free shipping within Addis Ababa.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time from Account → My Orders or via the Track Order page.
