What is Buyer Protection?
Every purchase on Alefelign Store is covered. If your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or isn't as described, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
What's Covered
- Item not received within the estimated delivery window
- Item significantly not as described (wrong size, colour, model)
- Counterfeit or inauthentic goods
- Item damaged on arrival
What's Not Covered
- Change of mind after delivery
- Buyer error when placing the order (wrong address, wrong variant selected)
- Digital goods once downloaded or accessed
How to File a Claim
Go to Account → My Orders, select the order in question, and tap "Open Dispute". You have 14 days from the delivery date to file a claim. Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
Resolution Timeline
We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Complex cases may take up to 10 business days. You will receive status updates via email and SMS throughout the process.
